An amazing 140 different hot and cold food items are prepared freshly onsite in an exhibition kitchen by a staff of 12 chefs at this hearty buffet. The Terrace Buffet features a full American barbecue, a brick oven for wood fired pizza and homemade desserts also made onsite in Pala's own bakery.
