- All participants must sign a release of liability waiver to enter the Pala Raceway.
- All participants must be track members of Pala Raceway to have access to the tracks.
- All riders must be at least five (5) years of age.
- All riders must wear helmets, boots, pants, goggles, and proper safety gear while riding.
- All riders must wear Pala Raceway issued wrist bands to be allowed to access tracks.
- No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs anywhere on property.
- No riding while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- No reckless riding anywhere at Pala Raceway or anywhere on the Pala Indian Reservation.
- No dumping on Pala Raceway property or anywhere on the Pala Indian Reservation.
- No draining gas, fuel, coolant, or oil onto ground.
- No littering.
- Vehicles must be in first gear or 5 mph in pits.
- Only one person per vehicle allowed. No riding double.
- No wheelies, other stunts, or play riding in pits.
- No swimming in the pond.
- Do not go into the environmentally sensitive areas which are marked.
- No trespassing on the Pala Indian Reservation.
- No riding on unmarked tracks/trails within Pala Raceway or anywhere at the Pala Reservation.
- Spectators are not allowed on the track.
- The track is closed when heavy equipment is in use.
- No fire arms or other weapons, fire works, or fires are allowed anywhere at Pala Raceway.
- No washing of bikes/ATVs outside of designated bike wash area.
- Selling of any goods or service is not allowed with out approval from the Pala Band of Mission Indians Executive Committee and the Pala Raceway Management.
- No Parking in Fire Lanes or on Access Roads.
