Rules

  1. All participants must sign a release of liability waiver to enter the Pala Raceway.
  2. All participants must be track members of Pala Raceway to have access to the tracks.
  3. All riders must be at least five (5) years of age.
  4. All riders must wear helmets, boots, pants, goggles, and proper safety gear while riding.
  5. All riders must wear Pala Raceway issued wrist bands to be allowed to access tracks.
  6. No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs anywhere on property.
  7. No riding while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  8. No reckless riding anywhere at Pala Raceway or anywhere on the Pala Indian Reservation.
  9. No dumping on Pala Raceway property or anywhere on the Pala Indian Reservation.
  10. No draining gas, fuel, coolant, or oil onto ground.
  11. No littering.
  12. Vehicles must be in first gear or 5 mph in pits.
  13. Only one person per vehicle allowed. No riding double.
  14. No wheelies, other stunts, or play riding in pits.
  15. No swimming in the pond.
  16. Do not go into the environmentally sensitive areas which are marked.
  17. No trespassing on the Pala Indian Reservation.
  18. No riding on unmarked tracks/trails within Pala Raceway or anywhere at the Pala Reservation.
  19. Spectators are not allowed on the track.
  20. The track is closed when heavy equipment is in use.
  21. No fire arms or other weapons, fire works, or fires are allowed anywhere at Pala Raceway.
  22. No washing of bikes/ATVs outside of designated bike wash area.
  23. Selling of any goods or service is not allowed with out approval from the Pala Band of Mission Indians Executive Committee and the Pala Raceway Management.
  24. No Parking in Fire Lanes or on Access Roads.
