Return Policy:
There is no return on any day passes purchased at Pala Raceway. In the event a package or multiple passes are purchased on line and not used on the intended day, those passes shall never expire while Pala Raceway is open to the public. The passes can be used for regular practice day events. Day passes purchased in advance may not be used for special events and/or for Race Entry Fee's during any events held at the facility.
Reservations:
Can I make a reservation and pay cash at the window?
- No. Your credit card is charged at the time of the reservation.
Will I be able to cancel my reservation?
- No. However a prepaid reservation(s) not used shall be good in the future but will be subject to availability. If you are using a credit you must call our office to notify us in advance for Special Events. Our computer system will track your credit for daily practice entry fee's at the gate and no reservation is required for normal practice days. Any credits used for Special Events will become "Non Refundable" if you choose to use any credit(s) on file during Special Events.
If I don't cancel or I am unable to use my tickets can I use my tickets another time?
- Yes. With the exception of Special Events, the tickets will remain in the computer and you can use them another time. If you choose to use the credits for special events please call 888-725-2691
How long does it stay in the computer?
- We advise you to use them before the end of the year, but they are good for forever.
What will I need to pick up my reservation?
- You will need your credit card and driver's license or valid I.D. and your Pala Raceway I.D. Card
Can I make a reservation and have someone else use them?
- Not without authorization. You can write a note authorizing someone else to pick up your tickets, but you must also include a copy of your credit card front and back and a copy of your license with a matching signature. The customer picking up the tickets will need to have ID matching the name on the authorization.
Can I add on to my reservation at the window?
- No, if we are sold out. Yes, if we are not sold out.
Can I purchase or reserve a half-day?
- No. We do not sell half-day passes
Can I switch my all day ticket to a half-day?
Why do I need to reserve?
- We may limit our ticket sales in order to insure that every customer will have a quality experience with limited riders on the track during peak times. We recommend buying day passes in advance on Holidays and long weekends for riding and Camping. Camping is limited so please call in advance
Season Passes
Are Season Passes refundable or transferable?
- No. Season Passes are non-refundable. They are also non- transferable. If you allow another person to use your pass it is cause for immediate revocation.
How do I pick up my Season Pass?
- To pick up your Season Pass, please enter our business office on the upper level, there are signs to assist you in finding the Members Office. You may come in to have your photo taken and to complete your paper work during normal business hours.
If I am a previous Pass holder am I required to have a new photo?
- Yes a new photo is required for all guests at Pala Raceway. You must hold a Pala Raceway Member card to ride the tracks.
Can I download and sign the Release of Liability required by all Members off the Internet to save time when picking up my pass?
If I am an adult with a younger sibling can I qualify as the parent for the Membership?
- No, only the actual parent, stepparent or legal guardian can qualify as the minor Guardian Minors must be at least five years of age and older to ride at Pala Raceway
If I lose my Membership Card, is there a replacement fee?
- Yes, if you lose your Membership Card you will pay a $10.00 replacement fee.
If I forget my Membership Card or Season Pass can I receive a free pass for the day?
- No, you will have to purchase a temporary day pass for $5.00 (we apologize to our honest forgetful friends, this policy is necessary in order to prevent fraud). We suggest keeping your Member Card somewhere safe with your equipment (such as your gear bag, helmet bag or tool box).
If I am a Member or Season Pass Holder can I receive a discount on day passes for my friends?
- No. However there may be some programs for Season Pass Holders that offer some free passes. These programs will be offered in the first year as demand for them rises
If I have a Membership Card can I purchase a discounted day pass for a friend?
How can I purchase a Gift Card?
- You can order on line, by phone or on site at any open ticket window.
Will it be mailed?
- Yes, we send them certified mail (unless you make the purchase on site).
Is there a mailing fee?
- Yes, we charge a $5.00 mailing fee.
When can I expect delivery?
- It takes 5-10 days. Once the order is completed, we fill it the next day and send it off in the mail. After that, it depends on the US Mail.
If I buy a Gift Card for someone can they pick it up at Pala Raceway?
- No, we do not hold Gift Cards.
